Just by chance I found all these great comments (I typed in “MORMON CARTOONIST”…my business name is:”THE CARTOONIST GUY”).

Just so you, besides drawing for the FRIEND and THE NEW ERA magazines, I also had a nationally syndicated comic strip called:”GOBLIN” from 1986-87.
(it was overwhelmingly hated and cancelled after 18 months).

Hey! One year later and I just now discover that I'm mentioned in the 53rd comment! That's so incredibly AWESOME! I've actually got three cartoon blogs, two are strips and one is just random cartoons from way back when until now. Zarahemla Times is the only one that's strictly LDS-themed, but there are lots of Mormon jokes on BeckstromBuzz. Thanks for noticing and thanks for the mention!

Oh, and not related to Scott, I’ve now read the “manga” mentioned in comment 56, and except for a couple panels that make brief glancing references to the language of manga, it’s clear that Atwood knows very little of manga. The comic was okay though. Couple good moments.
