No I haven’t abandoned the blog. But no I can’t promise regular updates yet. Sorry.

Live in the L.A. area? You have a chance to be among the first in the country to see the documentary “New York Doll” about punk bassist turned Mormon Arthur “Killer” Kane. The film will be screened June 18 at 9:45 p.m. and June 21 at 5 p.m. For details and tickets, see the LA Film Fest Web site.
As far as I know this the first screening of Greg Whiteley’s documentary since its premiere at Sundance.

Good to see AMV is still kicking. After A Soft Answer went into deep freeze, I was thinking something alphbetical was going on. Approaching Zion better watch out! I think I’ll have to wait for the DVD to see New York Dolls.
